Read an interesting column by Tony Phyrillas at the Pottstown Mercury about how Fast Eddie Rendell is sticking it to state retirees by changing their prescription drug plans.
I don't think it's fair to change the rules of the game. These people devoted a good portion of their working lives to the state of Pennsylvania. The state should not go back and take away benefits it promised to them.
